Refund policy
We have a 30-day replacement only policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement for reasonable damage or issues to the equipment.
To request a replacement, you can contact us with your request and photos of the issue at adaptiveendcurling@gmail.com.
If your replacement request is accepted, a new item will be sent to the original mailing address on the original order. If the original item's color is out of stock, we will reach out to see what your preferred replacement color is.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
